My work weaves together Kinesiology, energy healing, intuition and practical guidance to support healing, personal growth and soulful business. Whether you’re exploring your spiritual gifts, navigating life’s challenges or building a business that reflects who you truly are, I create grounded spaces where transformation feels safe and sustainable.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me on the Sunshine Coast with my little family, practising yoga, walking my dog in nature or enjoying a quiet moment with cacao and meditation.
