I began my journey in wellness as a Kinesiologist, and like many of the women I now support, I started by working one-to-one with clients.

Over the years I built and ran successful businesses, including two busy practices and even a café, and I know what it feels like to be both inspired and burnt out by the work you love.

What changed everything for me was learning how to bring my energy into alignment with my business.

Once I understood that my beliefs, my cycles, and my way of being were just as important as strategy, my business transformed.

I was able to create consistent income, call in soulmate clients, and design my days with freedom and flow.

Today I weave together Kinesiology, energetic practices, spiritual tools, and grounded business strategy to help women in wellness do the same.
